Add the RTD module and RTD Provider

Two methods:

(Advanced) Add the modules in your Prebid Build commands
Terminal window
gulp build --modules=adagioBidAdapter,rtdModule,adagioRtdProvider
// + your additional modules

Configure the Adagio RTD Provider parameters

Once built, the Adagio RTD Provider should be configured with the following parameters: organizationId and site .
