Setup the Adagio bidder adapter parameters

A. Add the necessary Adagio bidder parameters

Note

Our platform is tag-based so there is no need to create any tag ID, zone ID, format ID, placement ID or anything else but the line items.

B. Add ortb2Imp and ortb2 params

Adagio requires four parameters: organizationId, site, placement and divId.

params are split between bids.params, ortb2Imp and ortb2 configs.

D. Device Access and iframe sync
